We are pleased to be holding our usual series of Winter Tea Talks in 2026. Each talk is followed by tea and cake and plenty of time to chat.
In January Professor Myles Allen, CBE, FRS, spoke about Climate Change – its effects, locally and globally, and how we can mitigate them. And for our February talk Henrietta Batchelor invited us to reflect on retirement.
On 8th March, our very own David Hewett, Director of Music at St Mary’s and Professor of Mathematics at UCL, will be speaking on “Mathematics and Music” – with demonstrations.
