There are three churches in our Parish: St Mary’s Kidlington, St John’s Kidlington and St Mary’s Hampton Poyle. Each have their own unique characteristics and history.
The Diocese holds responsibility for the accommodation provided for the clergy:
The Team Rector lives in the parsonage house of the benefice about half a mile from St Mary’s Kidlington. This is a modern 5-bedroomed house with a large surrounding wooded garden on a private road.
The Team Vicar lives in the house next door to St John’s Church – a post-war 4-bedroomed semi-detached with a large reception room, a study and a large rear garden.
The Assistant Curate lives in a 3-bedroomed semi-detached house (with study) in the north-west of the village.
