We need to be sure that we have all the necessary and up-to-date information about any child attending any of the regular activities arranged in the parish, so we can fully care for them. This applies especially to our regular groups:
St Mary’s Choristers (for ages 8 to 17): the group meets between 6pm and 7.30pm every Friday during term time, on some Sundays of the month for services between 9.15am and 11.15am or between 4.15pm and 6.30pm, and for other musical and social events as arranged at other times.
TIG – Together in God (for ages 11 to 18): the group typically meets between 7pm and 8.15pm on one Sunday evening a month for discussion, stories, craft, games, drama, food preparation and activities in the garden or the local area. Occasional meetings are arranged at other times.
St John’s Junior Church (for ages 0 to 18): the group meets during the 10am service on Sunday mornings in St John’s. They spend time together learning more about Christianity in a fun way with stories, crafts, games, drama,…
If your child attends any of these, please complete the following medical and consent form. You can complete it online using the link or QR code below.
