Less than three weeks to go before our great summer event: the Parish Fete (including the ever-popular Dog Show), 12:30pm – 4pm, Saturday 4th July

See below for all the ways you can help make this a really fun and fundraising event.

Fete Preparations

Donations for Stalls
We need items for all of our stalls :- Cakes and produce (please add your name to the list at the back of
church), Books, White Elephant (Bric-a-Brack) Plants, Tombola (big and small prizes needed), Toys,
pamper and Bling (Toiletries, jewellery etc), Retro (vintage items).

Stall holders/Helpers – seated positions available.
There are lists in church where you can sign up to help run a stall. Please sign up if you possibly can, remember favourite spots get taken early!

Help before the Fete, please sign up on sheets in church to help

Thursday 2nd July from 7pm – fun, but also hard wok
● Clear Church ready for stalls
● Collect tables from Methodists and St John’s – We particularly need people with cars large enough to take 6ft tables!

Friday 3rd July – fun suitable for the less active!
● Morning, from 9.30am – Layout and decorate stalls
● Afternoon from 1:30pm – Sort all the donations by stall

Saturday 4th July – Set up and take down
● From 8am – put up Gazebos and outside tables
● From 9:30am – Decorate outside stalls
● From 4pm – Clear up, return tables, set up church for Sunday
