Are you a parent or carer of a child who struggles with mental health issues and/or is neuro-diverse?
If so, you might be interested in joining one of the following peer support groups:
- Mondays – 6pm to 7.30pm – for parents or carers of dependent adults (18+)
- Tuesdays – 6pm to 7.30pm – for parents of secondary school age children who have additional needs and/or mental health concerns.
These are parent-focussed groups, facilitated by a professionally accredited therapist, providing a safe and supportive space to share and talk through challenges. Both groups meet in St Mary’s Church Hall, Church Street, Kidlington, OX5 2AZ. They are free of charge.
If you think this might be something of interest to you please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us and have a chat. We’d love to hear from you.
