Eco Novena

10th – 19th October

9 days of prayer for our planet

In the run up to COP26 – the global climate conference the UK is hosting in November, Churches Together in Kidlington is hosting 9 days of continuous prayer for our planet. The worship space at the Baptist Church will be transformed into an ambient and interactive prayer space with plenty of prayer prompts. These will be particularly geared towards the climate crisis (although of course you can use the space to pray however you feel led). The space will be open to the public from 1-5pm Mon-Sat. To sign up for an hour’s slot (or 2 or 5!) use the sign up tool: https://www.24-7prayer.com/signup/ec0889

A printable pdf with more information about the why’s, how’s and FAQ’s etc can also be found here.

The Eco Novena is one of the ways that CTK are contributing to ‘Revival for Survival’, Kidlington’s Eco Festival going on this Autumn. For more information about the program of events see here. We’re thrilled to have been able to play a role as churches in facilitating the conversations that have led to this taking place.
